I reached out because I needed help, and they got back to me really quickly. No long wait. No back and forth forever. They understood the issue and fixed it fast.

My order showed up in this flimsy little envelope, and a couple of the seed packets were already bent open when I pulled everything out. There were loose seeds floating around inside the mailer, and some of them looked crushed, which was frustrating. I mean, I get that they’re just seeds, not glassware or anything, but still, throw in a bit of padding or use something sturdier. I had just been outside checking where I wanted to plant them, probably overthinking my garden layout like I always do, and then I opened the package and it was just a mess. Paying shipping and having it arrive like that is annoying. I don’t think I’ll order from ferrymorse.com again.

I got some veggie seeds and also a few flower seeds from Ferry Morse, and fresh they looked to me right away. Most of them started sprouting fast, and now the plants are growing strong in the garden. I didn’t get any of those weird old-looking seeds or weak little starts, which was nice. I’ll probably buy from them again when next season comes around.

I planted two packs and actually only had a few seeds come up. I was hoping for a lot better, so the germination rate was disappointing...

The seed selection looked decent at first, but then I realized about half the things I wanted were sold out. It was kind of frustrating since I was trying to plan out my garden.

Everything was packed well and all my seeds were there, so I really can’t complain much!!! I only knocked off a star because the tracking didn’t update much at the beginning, but the order still arrived safely and on time, so overall I’m happy!!!
